Including Executors or Administrators of a CHR's estate
or legal guardian of a former CHR

Eligibility for compensation depends on the following conditions:

Underpaid while employed as a CHR by a First Nation community, Tribal Council or Health Center
Employed between September 9, 1980 and June 30, 2000
Employed Outside of NWT and Nunavut

Applications for compensation will require supporting documentation.
